The Way – Trivia hosts limited user-provided content (for example venue logos and promotional images shown on a venue’s TV). We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices of claimed infringement.
Our question bank and product branding are our content. Bible text in the reader is provided through third-party sources under their terms.
Email contact@thewaygames.com with the subject line Copyright notice and include, to the extent applicable:
Incomplete notices may delay our response. We may share the notice with the venue that uploaded the material so they can respond or replace it.
When we receive a notice that appears valid, we aim to review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material promptly (typically within a few business days). We may also disable the venue’s ability to re-upload the same material. This page describes our process; it is not a guarantee of formal DMCA safe-harbor status in every jurisdiction.
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, email the same address with “Counter-notice,” identify the material and where it appeared, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate federal court (or your local court if outside the U.S.), and include your name, address, phone, and signature. We may restore material after a waiting period when the law allows and the original complainant does not pursue court action.
We may terminate or suspend venues or users that repeatedly infringe copyrights.
For trademark or other IP concerns that are not copyright, use the same contact email and describe the mark, the URL, and your rights. We will review in good faith.
